Waffles

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 4 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 1/2 c. milk
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions:

  • Beat eggs until light and fluffy
  • Beat in vegetable oil
  • Sift baking power and salt with flour
  • Add flour mixture to wet ingredients until thoroughly mixed
  • Bake on hot waffle iron until golden brown

Tip from the Delta: make batter night before to save time in the morning
