Ingredients
- 2 cups of flour
- 3 eggs
- 4 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
Instructions:
- Beat eggs until light and fluffy
- Beat in vegetable oil
- Sift baking power and salt with flour
- Add flour mixture to wet ingredients until thoroughly mixed
- Bake on hot waffle iron until golden brown
Tip from the Delta: make batter night before to save time in the morning
