Ingredients:
- 1 loaf of toasted bread crumbs
- 1 to 2 cups of corn bread crumbs
- 3 medium sized onions
- 1/2 stalk celery
- 3 whole eggs
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Poultry broth
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400F
- Brown chopped onions and celery in hot fat of choice
- Mix toasted bread crumbs and corn bread and soften with a small amount of cold water
- Add poultry broth until desired consistency is obtained
- Add onions, celery, eggs, salt and pepper
- Place in oven to brown
