Turkey Dressing

Ingredients:

  • 1 loaf of toasted bread crumbs
  • 1 to 2 cups of corn bread crumbs
  • 3 medium sized onions
  • 1/2 stalk celery
  • 3 whole eggs
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Poultry broth

Instructions:

  • Preheat oven to 400F
  • Brown chopped onions and celery in hot fat of choice
  • Mix toasted bread crumbs and corn bread and soften with a small amount of cold water
  • Add poultry broth until desired consistency is obtained
  • Add onions, celery, eggs, salt and pepper
  • Place in oven to brown
