Easy Homemade Chili

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1 can tomatoes
  • 1 can kidney beans
  • Olive oil
  • Chili powder

Instructions:

  • Cook onions in 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • Add ground beef and brown slightly
  • Add tomatoes, beans, and chili powder to taste (about 2 tablespoons) and salt
  • Cook over low heat for 1 1/2 to 2 hours

Tip from the Delta: Serve in bowls sprinkled with Chinese noodles
