Ingredients:
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 onion chopped
- 1 can tomatoes
- 1 can kidney beans
- Olive oil
- Chili powder
Instructions:
- Cook onions in 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- Add ground beef and brown slightly
- Add tomatoes, beans, and chili powder to taste (about 2 tablespoons) and salt
- Cook over low heat for 1 1/2 to 2 hours
Tip from the Delta: Serve in bowls sprinkled with Chinese noodles
