Ingredients:
- 2 lbs. yellow squash
- 2 onions, sliced
- 2 cups of canned tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350F
- Slice squash thin and arrange in a greased casserole dish
- Add thinly sliced onion
- Add mustard and seasoning to tomatoes
- Pour over squash and onions
- Bake for 45 minutes
- Cover with grated cheese
