Ingredients:
- 2 cups white sugar
- 3 cups flour
- 2 cups of nuts (walnuts or almonds recommended)
- 2 sticks butter
- 4 large ripe bananas (mashed with fork)
- 2 tsp. ground cloves
- 2 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350F
- Mix all ingredients together
- Place in greased baking tin
- Cook for 45 min at 350F
