Banana Nut Bread

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups white sugar
  • 3 cups flour
  • 2 cups of nuts (walnuts or almonds recommended)
  • 2 sticks butter
  • 4 large ripe bananas (mashed with fork)
  • 2 tsp. ground cloves
  • 2 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

Instructions:

  • Preheat oven to 350F
  • Mix all ingredients together
  • Place in greased baking tin
  • Cook for 45 min at 350F
