A Good Way to Cook Cheap Meats*

Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons chili sauce
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 2 onions (sliced)
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 teaspoon salt and pepper mix
  • Beef (any cut)
  • Pastry

Instructions:

  • Cook sliced onions in butter until soft
  • Add beef and cook until slightly browned
  • Blend in the soup and seasonings
  • Line pie plate with pastry. Moisten edges of the crust with cold water.
  • Fill will meat mixture
  • Cover with top crust and brush with 1 tablespoon melted butter
  • Bake at 450 F for 15 min
  • Decrease heat to 350 F and bake for 15 more minutes
