Seafood Corn Chowder

Ingredients:

  • 1 stick of butter
  • 1 bunch of green onions
  • 1 can cream of mushroom souo
  • 2 cans cream of potato soup
  • 1 1/2 cups fresh corn (boiled)
  • 10-15 potatoes (boiled+cubed)
  • 1 can Rotel (diced tomatoes + green chiles)
  • 8 0z. velveeta
  • 2 cups half+half
  • Crawfish (seasoned + sautéed)
  • Shrimp (seasoned + sautéed)

Instructions:

  • sautee green onions in the butter
  • Add corn, potatoes, and canned ingredients. Stir well
  • Add diced velveeta and half+half
  • Bring just to a boil and immediately reduce heat
  • Add crawfish + shrimp
  • Simmer for 20 min stirring often
