Ingredients:
- 1 stick of butter
- 1 bunch of green onions
- 1 can cream of mushroom souo
- 2 cans cream of potato soup
- 1 1/2 cups fresh corn (boiled)
- 10-15 potatoes (boiled+cubed)
- 1 can Rotel (diced tomatoes + green chiles)
- 8 0z. velveeta
- 2 cups half+half
- Crawfish (seasoned + sautéed)
- Shrimp (seasoned + sautéed)
Instructions:
- sautee green onions in the butter
- Add corn, potatoes, and canned ingredients. Stir well
- Add diced velveeta and half+half
- Bring just to a boil and immediately reduce heat
- Add crawfish + shrimp
- Simmer for 20 min stirring often
